Carat AI allows you to easily sign up and log in using your social accounts without a separate registration process.

Sign out

  1. App: Profile → Menu (☰) → Sign out
  2. Website: Account nickname (bottom left) → Sign out

Account sync (App/Web, device change)

Carat AI is an account-based service. Whether you change your mobile device or switch between the mobile app and PC (website), logging in with the same social account you originally signed up with gives you access to all features, subscription information, and generation history.

Delete account

Before deleting your account, please review the following important information.
Before deleting your account
  • Permanent deletion: When you delete your account, all your data (generated images, videos, chat history, etc.) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Data backup: Back up any important generations or chat history before deleting your account.
  • Subscription check: If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it first in Manage Subscription.
  1. App: Profile → Menu (☰) → Delete Account
  2. Website: Account nickname (bottom left) → Settings → Account Info → Delete Account
