# Revisiting Creation Tips

> How to open the Creation Tips shown when your subscription starts, plus what those tips cover.

The Creation Tips shown when your subscription starts stay available even if you skipped them, and anyone can open them whether or not they subscribe: in the app, open \[Menu(메뉴)] (☰) at the top left of the \[Home(홈)] screen and tap \[Creation Tips(제작 팁)] at the bottom, and on the web, go to [carat.im/tips](https://carat.im/tips) or click the light bulb icon at the bottom of the left side panel.

## Core tips

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create the person as an image first">
    If the same person appears throughout your content, lock in that character as an image first, then turn the image into video. This keeps the character from drifting between generations.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Attach a reference for the look you want">
    Drop a URL, image, or file that captures the mood you are after. References raise output quality, especially for tones and framing that are hard to put into words.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Do not stop at the first result">
    The first result is a starting point, not a finished piece. Keep the conversation going with requests like "make it feel like a bright summer day" or "make the person stand out more" until it lands.
  </Step>
</Steps>

    Reels, Shorts, and TikTok each need direction that fits their length and format. Tell the agent what kind of video you want and how long it should be, and it will handle planning and direction with you.

## You do not have to pick a model yourself

If you are unsure which model to use, leave it alone. The agent picks a model that suits the task automatically. You can also select a model yourself, and you can change your default model at any time.

<Tip>
  Credit deduction varies by model. Check the [Credits](/docs/en/pricing/usage) guide for how much each task deducts.
