# I lost my account. How can I find it?

If you know your Carat AI nickname or have payment history, we can provide your sign-up method and email information.

### Account recovery information

* For privacy protection, email information will be partially masked.
* We may not be able to assist if you don't know your Carat AI nickname or have no payment history.

### Information needed for account recovery

Please provide your **Carat AI account nickname** to customer support.
