# The AI said it would generate it, but nothing happens for days

This isn't a system delay or an error. It's a phenomenon unique to AI models called **"hallucination."**

### The truth about the AI's promises

Carat's AI agent is a conversational AI model, and **it has no ability to actually schedule tasks or manage a timeline.** When the AI says something like "I'll take care of it tomorrow" or "I'll have it done by this morning," that's a false promise (a hallucination) produced while it generates a natural-sounding reply in context.

The AI physically cannot reserve work for a later time, and once your daily usage is used up, no promise it makes will let it generate a video.

### How to use it for smooth generation

If you keep a long conversation going, or ask vague questions like "When will it be ready?", the AI is more likely to lose the earlier context and give an off-target answer. The most reliable approach is this:

* **Start a new chat:** Open a \[New chat(새 채팅)] instead of continuing in the existing conversation.
* **Make a clear request again:** In the new chat, attach the images you've prepared and give a specific command, such as "Make a video with these images."
* **Check your usage:** If you see a notice that your daily usage is used up, chatting with the AI further won't move the generation forward. Resume once your credits have refilled, or if you want to continue right away, use a credit top-up or upgrade.
