# I made the same request to Carat AI but keep getting different results

AI generation producing different results each time is not an error but **normal operation**. This is because AI is designed to creatively generate diverse output even for identical requests.

### Solutions

* **Retry or change model:** Re-roll until you get satisfactory results, or try changing to a different AI model (e.g., Google Veo).
* **Use Memory feature (maintain consistency):** If you like a particular style, request "I like this style. Remember it." to have AI remember that style.
