# I want to delete or turn off information saved in Memory

If Carat AI keeps repeating content you don't want, it may be due to the AI Memory feature. Content from previous conversations may have been saved to Memory (long-term memory).

In this case, you can edit or disable the feature using the methods below.

### How to manage Memory

#### App

1. Tap the **menu (☰) in the top left** of Carat AI.
2. Select \[Memory(메모리)] at the top, then go to \[Manage Memories(메모리 관리)].
3. Long-press the content you want to delete and select \[Delete].
4. Or, turn off (OFF) the **'Reference saved memories'** option at the top of the screen to disable the feature.

#### Website

1. Click **Profile nickname** in the bottom left of the web screen, then go to \[Customize Settings(메모리 설정)].
2. Select \[Manage Memories(메모리 관리)].
3. Click the **more (...)** button on the right of the content you want to delete and select \[Delete].
4. Or, turn off (OFF) the **'Reference saved memories'** option at the top of the screen to disable the feature.
