# What information is needed when reporting a bug?

If you've found a bug, please report it to [help@carat.im](mailto:help@carat.im). Including the information below will help us respond faster.

### For feature bugs

If a feature is not working properly in the app or website, please include the following information:

1. **Screen recording of the app/website**: Attach a video recording showing the error occurring.
2. **Detailed error description**: Describe in detail which feature had the problem and what went wrong.

### For Carat AI Agent response errors

If you believe there's an error in the Carat AI Agent's response, please share the conversation history using one of the following methods:

* **Share chat history**: Tap the **Share** button in the top right corner to share the chat history.
* **Screenshot of conversation**: If sharing is not possible, attach screenshots of the conversation.
