# Where can I find my payment receipt?

Payment receipts and billing documents can be found on the platform where you made the payment.

### How to find receipts by payment method

#### Apple App Store

**1. Check email:** A receipt is automatically sent to the email registered with your Apple ID.

**2. Check in app:** Go to \[Settings(설정)] app → \[Your Name(사용자 이름)] (Apple ID) → \[Media & Purchases(미디어 및 구입 항목)] → \[Purchase History(구입 내역)] to view.

#### Google Play Store

**1. Check email:** An order confirmation email is automatically sent to your Google account email.

**2. Check in app:** Go to \[Play Store(구글 플레이스토어)] app → \[Profile icon(프로필 아이콘)] → \[Payments & subscriptions(결제 및 정기 결제)] → \[Budget & history(예산 및 내역)] for details.

#### Website payment (Card/Simple payment)

A TossPayments payment confirmation email is sent to the email linked to your social account. If you didn't receive the email or need a reissue, please contact customer support.

### Tax invoice (Business payments)

Business plan users can request tax invoice issuance (bank transfer method) through **[Business Inquiry](https://carat.im/b2b/inquiry)**.
