# Unlimited Nanobanana Promotion Benefits Guide

> Learn about the conditions for maintaining the unlimited Nanobanana Pro 1-year benefit, whether benefits expire when canceling subscription, and policies when resubscribing.

The 'Nanobanana Pro 1-year unlimited' benefit is only valid **while you maintain your paid subscription without interruption**.

Therefore, if you cancel your subscription or switch to free user status, the benefit will also end.

### Benefit maintenance and expiration policy

<Warning>
  **Caution: Benefits permanently expire upon subscription cancellation**

  1. **When canceling subscription:** If you pay for only one month and cancel (terminate) your subscription, the unlimited benefit will expire immediately when your paid period ends.
  2. **When resubscribing:** Even if you cancel and pay again later, since the original 'subscription maintenance' condition was broken, **the unlimited benefit will not be reapplied if the promotion has ended.**

In other words, you can enjoy the benefit for up to 1 year only if you continue to maintain your subscription during the event period.

### Unlimited scope (count and quality)

* **Daily generation count:** There is no limit. You can create as many as you want per day with unlimited use.
* **Quality (resolution) limit:** For resolution, the unlimited benefit applies only to **1K and 2K resolution** versions. (You can check the detailed conditions by clicking the \[?] question mark icon next to the benefit on the [upgrade page](https://carat.im/en/upgrade).)

### Quality difference from Google's official app

The Nanobanana Pro provided by Carat uses the **same model** as Google's official service (Gemini, etc.). Therefore, there is no difference in quality, so you can use it with confidence.

### If you see 'Usage exhausted' message

The 'Nanobanana Pro 1-year unlimited' benefit is being provided normally. However, if you see a 'Usage exhausted' message, it usually falls into one of these 3 situations:

    This benefit is limited to **Nanobanana Pro (image)**. If you also use **video generation (Veo, etc.), lip sync, Midjourney**, or other models that consume a lot of usage, your total allocated usage may be exhausted.

  <Accordion title="2. If you set the resolution to '4K'">
    The unlimited benefit applies only to **1K and 2K resolution** as announced on the upgrade page. If you generate at 4K, usage will be deducted normally.

  <Accordion title="3. If you paid outside the promotion period">
    This benefit applies to **those who subscribed to Plus or Pro plans between November 21-30, 2025**. Customers who paid during other periods or subscribed to different plans will receive the benefits available at that time (e.g., basic Nanobanana unlimited for Dec 1-31, 2025 and Jan 14, 2026 onwards, etc.).

### Notes

* **When becoming a free user:** You cannot use the 'Nanobanana Pro' feature as a free user.
