# Isn't Nanobanana 2 included in the unlimited benefit?

> Nanobanana 2 is a separate model from Nanobanana (base). It deducts credits by default, but annual subscribers who joined after certain dates get Nanobanana 2 1K included in the unlimited benefit.

**Nanobanana 2** has a name similar to Nanobanana (base) but runs as a **separate internal model**, so by default it deducts credits independently of the Nanobanana base unlimited benefit. However, **annual subscribers who joined after certain dates** (Max annual: signups on or after May 22, 2026) get Nanobanana 2 1K included in the unlimited benefit.

## Why isn't Nanobanana 2 unlimited?

Nanobanana 2 is not a successor to Nanobanana (base) but a **separate, independent model**. Promotion benefits are limited to specific models and signup windows, so Nanobanana 2 is not unlimited by default, but **annual subscriptions that started after certain dates** include Nanobanana 2 1K in the unlimited benefit. ## How to confirm the unlimited benefit is applied

Generations made with the Nanobanana (base) model are processed with **no credit deduction** under the unlimited benefit. You can verify this in your usage history.
