# What is the Fair Use policy for the Unlimited benefit?

> Learn when generation speed or concurrent generation may be adjusted under Carat's Fair Use policy for the Unlimited benefit.

Unlimited lets you generate content without spending credits on the models, resolutions, and quality tiers included in your plan. To keep the experience reliable for everyone, Carat manages system resources dynamically under the following Fair Use policy.

## When Fair Use adjustments apply

* **Dynamic speed adjustment**: Generation speed and concurrency may temporarily vary during periods of high system load or peak traffic.
* **System stability**: For a small number of accounts with exceptionally high usage, processing limits may adjust dynamically to keep the platform reliable for everyone.
* **Personal use only**: Unlimited is built for normal personal use. It doesn't cover automation tools, credential sharing, or reselling access.
* **Account review**: If unusual activity is detected, Unlimited access may be paused temporarily for review and restored once normal use is confirmed.

## How this relates to the concurrent generation limit

Separate from the standard concurrent generation limit by plan (up to 4 for Plus, up to 8 for Premium/Pro), accounts using Unlimited at an exceptionally large scale may see a temporarily lower concurrent generation count.
