# I couldn't use it all within the validity period. Can I get it back?

Remaining usage that wasn't used due to validity period expiration cannot be refunded or restored.

### Usage validity period policy

* **Validity period:** The validity period for usage provided through paid subscription plans (Plus, Premium, Pro, Business) and usage recharges is **1 month**.
* **Expiration basis:** Unused usage automatically expires after the period ends and does not carry over.

  Expired usage cannot be restored, so please check your monthly usage deadline and use it accordingly.
