# What are credits and how do I recharge?

### What are credits?

Credits are consumed when using features like image, video, and audio generation/editing in Carat AI.

### How to recharge credits

Credits can be recharged through **paid plan subscription** or **additional recharge while subscribed**.

#### 1. Paid plan subscription (get new credits)

* **App:** Bottom \[Profile(프로필)] → Top right \[Menu(메뉴)] (☰) → \[My Credits(내 크레딧)] → Select your desired plan to subscribe.
* **Website:** Bottom left \[Account nickname(계정 닉네임)] → \[Settings(설정)] → \[My Credits(내 크레딧)] → Select your desired plan to subscribe.

#### 2. Additional credits recharge

* If your subscription credits are insufficient, you can recharge additional credits. There is no limit on the number of recharges.
