🔥 OpenAI Launches AI Agents for Entire Teams
OpenAI added Workspace Agents to ChatGPT. These are AI agents that entire teams can share.
They handle repetitive tasks like lead verification, customer feedback sorting, and weekly report generation automatically. They can also connect to external tools.
Build one agent once, and anyone on the team can use it right away. Think of it less as a personal chatbot and more as an AI coworker you can deploy to real business tasks.
Here's the interesting part: Google launched something similar on the exact same day (see News 1 below). Both companies are pivoting from 'AI chatbots' to 'AI agents.' We're no longer talking about AI that just chats. The era of AI that actually does the work has officially begun.
