To turn off notifications in the Carat app, follow these steps:
  1. Tap [Profile] at the bottom right.
  2. Tap the menu (≡) at the top right.
  3. In [Notifications], turn notifications on or off as desired.
Customize your notification settings to only receive the alerts you need.
