Currently, Carat does not offer a feature to delete all generated content and chat history at once. Output and chat history must be deleted separately.

1. Delete generated output

To permanently delete output, choose one of the following methods.
  • App
  • Website

Method 1. Delete from Library

  1. Open the left menu (☰) and select [Library].
  2. Select the output you want to delete one by one.
  3. Tap the more menu (···) and select ‘Delete’.

Method 2. Delete from chat

  1. Enter the chat containing the output you want to delete.
  2. Tap the more menu (···) in the top right of the output and select ‘Delete’.

2. How to delete chat history

When deleting only chat history, output saved in Library is not affected.

Method 1: Delete from within chat

  1. Enter the chat.
  2. Tap the more button (···) in the top right and select [Delete].

Method 2: Long-press to delete from list

  1. Tap the menu (☰) in the top left to go to the chat list.
  2. Long-press the chat you want to delete to reveal the [Delete] button.

3. How to delete all data

  • Bulk delete not available: A feature to delete all data at once is not provided.
  • Delete account data: If you want to delete all usage history and data from your account, you can do so by deleting your account.
