Which conversation models you get depends on your plan. The list below applies to accounts where the unified screen is live; if your tabs still show separately, see Who can use the agent?.
  • Carat 2.0 Lite (free plan): Built for fast, lightweight replies.
  • Carat 2.0 (subscription plans): Balanced performance with excellent contextual understanding.
  • Carat 2.0 Soul (subscription plans): Top-tier performance, optimized for high-quality creative work.
Carat 2.0 Lite isn’t shown on subscription plans. See Conversation model selection for a fuller comparison. The agent automatically selects the best model based on your request, but you can also specify your preferred model directly. For content generation (images, videos, audio, etc.), Agent 2.0 utilizes the various models provided by Carat. You can also ask the agent to use a specific generation model of your choice. For video, the default Carat video model (LTX 2.5) can be generated without limits, so no credits are deducted. External video models (such as Seedance 2.0) deduct credits per model. To create videos without limits, ask the agent to “Use Carat Basic Video (LTX 2.5)”.
