You can use the agent on both the app and PC web.
On accounts where the unified screen isn’t live yet and the [Agent 1.0(에이전트 1.0)] / [Agent 2.0(에이전트 2.0)] tabs still show separately, the [Agent 2.0(에이전트 2.0)] tab is available only to paid subscribers (Plus, Premium, Max, Pro). The unified screen is rolling out account by account.
