On accounts where the unified screen is live, anyone can use the Carat agent, including free plans. What changes by plan isn’t access. It’s the model used for conversation. Free accounts chat with Carat 2.0 Lite. Lite is only for free accounts and is not offered to paid subscribers. Check your account’s model menu for access to Auto and other conversation models, such as GPT and Claude. A model may appear in the list even when selecting it opens a subscription page because your current plan does not provide access. See Conversation model selection for the options and access conditions. You can use the agent on both the app and PC web.
On accounts where the unified screen isn’t live yet and the [Agent 1.0(에이전트 1.0)] / [Agent 2.0(에이전트 2.0)] tabs still show separately, the [Agent 2.0(에이전트 2.0)] tab is available only to paid subscribers (Plus, Premium, Max, Pro). The unified screen is rolling out account by account.
