If you’ve signed in with the same account but can’t see chats or creations you made before, your work most likely hasn’t disappeared — it’s just showing up somewhere else. Please go through the steps below in order.
1. Check both the [Agent 1.0] and [Agent 2.0] tabs
This is the most common cause. Carat runs two agents, [Agent 1.0] and [Agent 2.0], and chat history, library (generated results), and memory are managed separately for each agent. Chats and results created in one agent won’t appear in the other agent’s tab.
- Web (PC): Switch between agents using the [Agent 1.0] / [Agent 2.0] tabs at the top of the left side panel.
- Mobile app: The mobile app currently supports Agent 1.0 only. If you can’t see work you created in the app, or you’d like to see work made in Agent 2.0, please open [Agent 2.0] on web (PC).
Once you switch to the agent tab you were working in, your in-progress chats and creations will still be there so you can pick up where you left off.

2. Make sure you signed in with the same social account
Carat supports several social sign-in methods, including Google, Apple, and Kakao. If you sign in with a different social account than the one you originally used, it will be treated as a separate account, and your previous work won’t show up.
- Even with the same email, different sign-up methods (Google, Apple, Kakao, email, etc.) are treated as separate accounts.
- Please confirm that you’re using the same sign-in method you used when signing up.
3. Check whether you created the work on the app or on the web
When using the same account, your work syncs between the app and the web. Sync may take a short moment, so if you don’t see something you just created, please refresh the screen.
However, Agent 2.0 is currently supported on web (PC) only. Work created in Agent 2.0 won’t appear in the mobile app — please check it under the [Agent 2.0] tab on web (PC).
4. When the AI doesn’t pick up the context of your previous work
Sometimes the chat history itself is still there, but the AI doesn’t seem to remember exactly “what you were working on before.” This is because the AI doesn’t store every conversation as-is — it selectively keeps the key information that will be useful for later tasks.
In this case, you can give it a quick recap in the chat, like “Please continue with what we were making so far,” and it will pick up naturally based on your previous work.

If none of the above applies
If none of these four cases apply and you still can’t see your work, please contact the Carat team using the chat button at the bottom right. Sharing the email address you used to sign up and the approximate time you created the missing work will help us look into it more quickly.
