1. Check both the [Agent 1.0] and [Agent 2.0] tabs
This is the most common cause. Carat runs two agents, [Agent 1.0] and [Agent 2.0], and chat history, library (generated results), and memory are managed separately for each agent. Chats and results created in one agent won’t appear in the other agent’s tab.- Web (PC): Switch between agents using the [Agent 1.0] / [Agent 2.0] tabs at the top of the left side panel.
- Mobile app: The mobile app currently supports Agent 1.0 only. If you can’t see work you created in the app, or you’d like to see work made in Agent 2.0, please open [Agent 2.0] on web (PC).
2. Make sure you signed in with the same social account
Carat supports several social sign-in methods, including Google, Apple, and Kakao. If you sign in with a different social account than the one you originally used, it will be treated as a separate account, and your previous work won’t show up.- Even with the same email, different sign-up methods (Google, Apple, Kakao, email, etc.) are treated as separate accounts.
- Please confirm that you’re using the same sign-in method you used when signing up.
