Before deleting your account

When you delete your account, all data (generated images, videos, chat history, etc.) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Please back up any important generations or chat history before deleting your account.
- If you have an active paid subscription, we recommend canceling it before deleting your account.
How to delete your account

- On the Carat AI website, click your [Account nickname] at the bottom left.

- Select [Settings] → [Account Info].

- Click [Delete Account] at the bottom and follow the deletion process.
