Plan change (upgrade)
You can change (upgrade) from your current plan to a higher tier plan.- App

- Select [Profile] at the bottom right of the app screen.
- Select the [Menu (☰)] icon at the top right.
- Go to [Remaining Quota].
- In the plan information at the bottom of the page, select [Change] for the plan you want.
Change payment method
Here’s how to change your payment method such as the card used for subscription payments.- App payment
- Web payment
App payments follow the payment method registered with your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Apple App Store
- Open the [Settings] app on your iPhone.
- Go to [Apple ID] → [Payment & Shipping] to change your payment method.
Google Play Store
- Open the [Play Store] app.
- Go to [Profile] → [Payments & subscriptions] → [Payment methods] to make changes.
Cancel Subscription
You can cancel your subscription directly depending on how you paid.- App payment

- Open the [Settings] app on your iPhone.
- Tap [Apple ID] at the top of the screen.
- Select the [Subscriptions] menu.
- Find the Carat subscription and select [Cancel].
Google Play Store
- Open the [Play Store] app.
- Tap the [Profile] icon at the top right.
- Select [Payments & subscriptions] → [Subscriptions].
- Find the Carat subscription and select [Cancel].
