Key guidelines
Mutual respectInsulting, defaming, targeting, or promoting hatred toward other users is not allowed.
Privacy protectionDo not post or request personal information (contact details, addresses, photos, etc.) of yourself or others.
No offensive behaviorAll behavior that causes discomfort to other users is prohibited, including profanity, violent threats, spamming, harassment, and explicit sexual content.
No illegal or harmful contentContent that violates social ethics and laws is restricted, including harmful content for minors, promotion of illegal activities, and suicide-related content.
No advertising/promotionAll commercial advertising, promotion, and sales activities are restricted except those officially permitted by Carat AI.
Reporting and blocking violators
If you find inappropriate posts or users, please report and block them immediately.
How to report
Tap the more options (…) button at the top right of a post or user profile, then select [Report].
How to block
Tap the more options (…) button on a user profile, then select [Block]. The blocked user’s posts will no longer be visible to you, and they won’t be able to see your posts either.
Reported content will be reviewed according to our operating policies, and actions such as post deletion or account suspension may be taken.
