Receipt issuance
Payment receipts can be found on the platform where you made the payment.- App

Google Play Store (Android)
- Open the [Play Store] app and tap the profile icon at the top right.
- Select [Payments & subscriptions] > [Budget & history].
- Select the transaction you need a receipt for and tap [View] at the bottom.
You can find it faster by searching for ‘Google Play Order Receipt’ in your Google account email.
Apple App Store (iOS)
- Open the [Settings] app and tap [Your Name (Apple ID)] at the top.
- Select [Media & Purchases] > [View Account].
- In [Purchase History], select the relevant payment to view receipt details.
You can find it faster by searching for ‘Receipt from Apple’ in your Apple account email.
Billing cycle
- Monthly subscription: Automatically billed every month on the same date and time as when you started your subscription.
- Annual subscription: Automatically renewed 1 year from the date you started your subscription.
How to request a refund

- Select [Profile] at the bottom right of the app screen.
- Tap the [Menu (☰)] icon at the top right.
- Go to the [Remaining Quota] menu.
- Select [Billing] at the top right.
- Select the [Refunds] button at the top right of the billing history.
- Select the transaction to refund and complete the process.
