Payment methods

  1. App: Follows the payment method registered with Apple App Store or Google Play Store (in-app purchase).
  2. Website:
    • Plan subscription: Register a credit or debit card for recurring payments.
    • Boost recharge: In addition to card payments, convenient payment options like Kakao Pay and Naver Pay are supported.
  3. Bank transfer: For Business plan, bank transfer (with tax invoice) is supported through Business inquiry.

Receipt issuance

Payment receipts can be found on the platform where you made the payment.

1. App

Google Play Store (Android) Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → Select transaction → View
You can find it faster by searching for ‘Google Play Order Receipt’ in your Google account email.
Apple App Store (iOS) Settings → Your Name (Apple ID) → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History → Select payment
You can find it faster by searching for ‘Receipt from Apple’ in your Apple account email.

2. Website

Print receipt directly You can view and print receipts from the settings page on the website. Account nickname (bottom left) → Settings → My Credits → Subscription & Usage Check payment email Payment confirmation emails sent to your registered email can also serve as proof of payment. Search for the following in your mailbox.

3. Business payment

Business plan users can request tax invoices (bank transfer method) through Business inquiry.

Billing cycle

  • Monthly subscription: Automatically billed every month on the same date and time as when you started your subscription.
  • Annual subscription: Automatically renewed 1 year from the date you started your subscription.

How to request a refund

  1. App: Profile → Menu (☰) → My Credits → More(…) → Payment History → Refunds
  2. Website: Account nickname (bottom left) → Settings → My Credits → Subscription & Usage → Refunds
Refund policyAccording to Terms of Service Articles 25 and 26, a full refund is available if you have not used any usage within 7 days of subscription. If usage has been consumed, monthly payments and boost recharges are non-refundable, while annual payments may be partially refunded.
