Only team admins can manage team-plan billing, seats, and team credits. Members see options to ask an admin instead of paying directly.

Team credits and member limits

  • Plan credits are shared across the team, and an admin can set a usage limit for each member.
  • Members can view their own usage and remaining limit.
  • A member who reaches the limit can ask an admin to raise it.
  • If the team balance is low, a member can ask an admin to add team credits.
  • Admins can view total, member, and model usage under [Account nickname(계정 닉네임)] → [Settings(설정)] → [Usage(사용량)] on the web.

Add team credits

Admins can buy team credits under [Account nickname(계정 닉네임)] → [Settings(설정)] → [Usage(사용량)] → [Add team credits(팀 크레딧 충전)]. Purchased credits go to the team wallet, not the admin’s personal account. Check the purchase screen for the current amount, price, and expiration date.

Change seats

  • Add seats: Review the server-calculated charge on the confirmation screen before adding seats.
  • Reduce seats: Existing seats remain through the current paid period. The lower seat count applies from the next billing period.
If the new seat count would be lower than the current member count, review how excess members will be handled. If the screen doesn’t explain it, contact Customer Support before making the change.

Move to a higher plan or annual billing

  • On the web, go to [Account nickname(계정 닉네임)] → [Settings(설정)] → [Team plan(팀 플랜)] → [Upgrade(업그레이드)] to move to a higher team plan or annual billing.
  • Moving from a monthly team plan to a higher monthly plan starts a new one-month period immediately. The existing payment isn’t refunded, and existing credits keep their original expiration dates.
  • If you change both the tier and billing cycle, review the effective date, charge, and credit treatment. Contact Customer Support before paying if any of those details are missing.
  • To move to a lower plan or from annual to monthly billing, check whether that option appears on the change screen. Contact Customer Support if it does not.

Manage billing

  • Admins manage payment methods, payment and refund records, receipts, and retrying payment under [Settings(설정)] → [Team plan(팀 플랜)].
  • After a payment fails, viewing and the team library remain available during a 14-day grace period, but new generation is paused. An admin must change the payment method and retry under [Settings(설정)] → [Team plan(팀 플랜)]. Members see guidance to notify an admin.
  • If payment is not confirmed by the displayed grace-period end date, the team plan ends. Successful payment keeps the team plan active.
  • Team-plan payment and seat changes are completed on the web.

Cancel or request a refund

  • Go to [Settings(설정)] → [Team plan(팀 플랜)] → [More plan options(플랜 더보기)] → [Cancel subscription(구독 해지)]. Cancellation stops the next automatic payment, and the team plan remains available through the paid period.
  • When the paid period ends, the team plan becomes read-only. New generation, editing, uploads, deletion, and team-credit use stop. Admins and members who still belong to the team can view and download existing team content.
  • Ending the team plan does not automatically delete team assets. Permanent deletion is handled only after an admin requests it, excluding data that Carat must retain by law.
  • Cancellation is not a refund. Open [Settings(설정)] → [Team plan(팀 플랜)] → [Payment history(결제 내역)] to check eligibility and the estimated amount. Use the direct request button if shown; otherwise contact Customer Support.
  • When a refund is approved, the team plan and automatic renewal end, and seat-included plan credits expire. Separately purchased team credits remain in the team wallet but cannot be used while the team plan is ended. Existing team content remains available for viewing and download under the read-only rules above.
An ended team plan is read-only. An admin can still remove members, and a removed member immediately loses access to team content.
