If a feature is not working properly in the app or website, please include the following information:- Screen recording of the app/website: Attach a video recording showing the error occurring.
- Detailed error description: Describe in detail which feature had the problem and what went wrong.
For Carat AI Agent response errors
If you believe there’s an error in the Carat AI Agent’s response, please share the conversation history using one of the following methods:- Share chat history: Tap the Share button in the top right corner to share the chat history.
- Screenshot of conversation: If sharing is not possible, attach screenshots of the conversation.
