How to find receipts by payment method

Apple App Store

1. Check email: A receipt is automatically sent to the email registered with your Apple ID. 2. Check in app: Go to [Settings(설정)] app → [Your Name(사용자 이름)] (Apple ID) → [Media & Purchases(미디어 및 구입 항목)] → [Purchase History(구입 내역)] to view.

Google Play Store

1. Check email: An order confirmation email is automatically sent to your Google account email. 2. Check in app: Go to [Play Store(구글 플레이스토어)] app → [Profile icon(프로필 아이콘)] → [Payments & subscriptions(결제 및 정기 결제)] → [Budget & history(예산 및 내역)] for details.

Website payment (Card/Simple payment)

A TossPayments payment confirmation email is sent to the email linked to your social account. If you didn’t receive the email or need a reissue, please contact customer support.

Business plan users can request tax invoice issuance (bank transfer method) through Business Inquiry.
