Yes, all users who are not subscribed can use daily free credits as free users. Daily free credits are a fallback granted only when your total credit balance is under 100 credits, regardless of plan. The same rule applies to paid subscribers, but none are granted while subscription credits keep that total at 100 credits or more. Granted credits expire after 24 hours, and new ones are granted the next time you open the app or website with your total under 100 credits.
