If you have unlimited benefits but no credits

When your credits run out, you cannot use an agent conversation. Choosing a model inside a chat still requires separate conversation credits. Unlimited benefits cover generation costs for eligible models and options, not the agent’s conversation costs. If you have enough conversation credits, eligible generation in the agent can still use your unlimited benefit. The generator is the way to keep generating without a conversation when your credits are zero. To generate images or videos with models and options included in your account’s unlimited benefits, open the Generator(생성기). On the web, use [Generator(생성기)] in the left sidebar (open the top-left ☰ on mobile web); in the app, go to [Home(홈)] → top-left menu (☰) → [Generator(생성기)] (app version 2.281.0 or later). The generator uses no conversation credits, but accounts without the benefit and models or options outside its coverage still require credits. This message appears when your current remaining credits are less than what’s required for the feature you’re trying to use.

How to resolve insufficient credits

Use the generator above for eligible unlimited generation. The options below are for continuing conversations or other features that require credits.
  1. Top up credits on the upgrade page. (Validity: 1 month from recharge date)
  2. If you need more monthly credits, you can upgrade to a higher plan.
  3. Try using the Carat Video (LTX) model, which costs fewer credits.

Free Users

  1. If you want to use Carat immediately, you can upgrade to a paid plan.
  2. Watch an ad or tap a button to earn random credits instantly. (Validity: 3 days)

Notes on credits consumption

  • If you’ve been mainly using high-cost video models, your credits may have been depleted faster than expected.
  • Check the credits for each model and maximum daily credits counts for free users at How much can you use in each plan?.
