How to resolve insufficient credits

- Top up credits on the upgrade page. (Validity: 1 month from recharge date)
- If you need more monthly credits, you can upgrade to a higher plan.
- Try using the Carat Video (LTX) model, which costs fewer credits.
Free Users
- If you want to use Carat immediately, you can upgrade to a paid plan.
- Watch an ad or tap a button to earn random credits instantly. (Validity: 3 days)
Notes on credits consumption
- If you’ve been mainly using high-cost video models, your credits may have been depleted faster than expected.
- Check the credits for each model and maximum daily credits counts for free users at How much can you use in each plan?.
