Even if you paid annually, subscription credits are granted on a monthly basis. A full year’s worth of credits is not delivered all at once. Once you’ve used up this month’s credits, you may see a ‘not enough credits’ message until your next recharge date. This isn’t a billing or system error — it’s expected behavior.

How credits are granted

Monthly subscriptionMonthly credits are granted on each billing date
The amount and cycle of credits you receive each month are the same for both annual and monthly subscriptions. Annual billing simply differs in payment convenience and discount benefits.

If you’ve used up this month’s credits

You can keep using Carat right away without waiting for the next recharge date.
  1. Top up additional credits (recommended): Top up on the upgrade page. (Validity: 1 month from recharge date)
  2. Upgrade to a higher plan: Upgrade to a higher plan with more monthly credits.

How to check your next recharge date

  • App: Bottom [Profile(프로필)] → Top right [Menu(메뉴)] (☰) → [My Credits(내 크레딧)]
  • Website: Bottom left [Account nickname(계정 닉네임)] → [Settings(설정)] → [My Credits(내 크레딧)]
