Even if you paid annually, subscription credits are granted on a monthly basis. A full year’s worth of credits is not delivered all at once. How credits are granted
| Category | How it works |

| Annual subscription | Instead of granting a full year at once, monthly credits are granted on the same date each month |
| Monthly subscription | Monthly credits are granted on each billing date |
If you’ve used up this month’s credits
You can keep using Carat right away without waiting for the next recharge date.- Top up additional credits (recommended): Top up on the upgrade page. (Validity: 1 month from recharge date)
- Upgrade to a higher plan: Upgrade to a higher plan with more monthly credits.
How to check your next recharge date
- App: Bottom [Profile(프로필)] → Top right [Menu(메뉴)] (☰) → [My Credits(내 크레딧)]
- Website: Bottom left [Account nickname(계정 닉네임)] → [Settings(설정)] → [My Credits(내 크레딧)]
