Primary method: Upgrade directly within the mobile app
If the button to change to the Pro plan is enabled on the upgrade page within the mobile app, proceed with the process in the app.Secondary method: Platform change through website (App → Web transition)
If the upgrade option is not visible in the mobile app or immediate change is not possible, you need to ‘schedule cancellation’ of your current subscription and then subscribe to a new plan through the website.1
Step 1: Schedule cancellation of current app subscription
Go to your current subscription platform and schedule cancellation to prevent the next payment.
- Google Play Store: Google Play Store app → Profile icon → [Payments & subscriptions] → [Subscriptions] → Find Carat subscription and click ‘Cancel’
- Apple App Store: Settings app → Apple ID → [Subscriptions] → Find Carat subscription and click ‘Cancel’

Step 2: Subscribe to new Pro plan on website
After completing the cancellation schedule, subscribe to the Pro plan through the website.
- Go to the upgrade page, select the Pro plan, and proceed with payment.
