Even after canceling your subscription, your paid plan benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Benefit retention period and end date

  • Benefit retention: Your cancellation request is processed immediately, but you can continue using all paid plan benefits (including credits) until your billing period expires.
  • Policy basis: Since partial refunds are not provided for the remaining period of monthly subscriptions, benefits are maintained for the paid period.
  • Automatic transition: Your account will automatically switch to free user status as soon as your billing period ends.

Data retention

Even after canceling your subscription, your created data (images, videos, chat history, etc.) will not be deleted and will remain in your account.
  • Content retention: You can still view your previously generated content in your library or chat even as a free user.
  • When resubscribing: If you subscribe to a paid plan again later, you can continue working with your existing data.

Credit expiration

  • Credit handling: Remaining monthly credits expire 1 month after the recharge date and do not carry over to the next plan.
  • Expiration timing: Credits expire 1 month from when they were recharged, not from when your subscription ends.
Your data is retained, but remaining credits will automatically expire after the validity period, so please use them before they expire.

How to check your expiration date

  • You can check your exact subscription expiration date at the following locations:
    • App: Bottom right [Profile(프로필)] → Top right [Menu(메뉴)] (☰) → [My Credits(내 크레딧)]
    • Website: Bottom left [Account nickname(계정 닉네임)] → [Settings(설정)] → [My Credits(내 크레딧)]
