Even after canceling your subscription, your paid plan benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Benefit retention period and end date
- Benefit retention: Your cancellation request is processed immediately, but you can continue using all paid plan benefits (including usage) until your billing period expires.
- Policy basis: Since partial refunds are not provided for the remaining period of monthly subscriptions, benefits are maintained for the paid period.
- Automatic transition: Your account will automatically switch to the Free plan as soon as your billing period ends.
Data retention
Even after canceling your subscription, your created data (images, videos, chat history, etc.) will not be deleted and will remain in your account.
- Content retention: You can still view your previously generated content in your library or chat even on the Free plan.
- When resubscribing: If you subscribe to a paid plan again later, you can continue working with your existing data.
Usage expiration
- Usage handling: Remaining monthly usage expires 1 month after the recharge date and does not carry over to the next plan.
- Expiration timing: Usage expires 1 month from when it was recharged, not from when your subscription ends.
Your data is retained, but remaining usage will automatically expire after the validity period, so please use it before it expires.
