Promotion benefits by subscription date
Image unlimited benefits
Accounts that subscribed on or before September 8, 2026 keep the benefits they already received from the table above. Accounts that newly subscribe on or after September 9, 2026 get the ChatGPT Image 2.5 set in the table below. If you are an existing subscriber upgrading on or after September 9, email help@carat.im before you pay to confirm which set applies to you.
Subscribed on or after September 9, 2026 (current)
For ChatGPT Image 2.5, each reasoning tier (Low, Medium, High, xHigh, Max) has its own eligibility, and the same plan differs between monthly and annual billing.Picking a ChatGPT Image 2.5 reasoning tier that your plan doesn’t cover deducts credits. For example, a Plus monthly subscriber generating with ChatGPT Image 2.5 Medium pays credits for it.
Video unlimited benefits
“Carat Video Generation” unlimited applies only to Carat’s in-house video model (LTX). Advanced external video models such as Google Veo and Kling are not covered and deduct credits. One exception: Seedance 2.0 mini is unlimited for Premium, Max, and Pro accounts that subscribed or upgraded to an annual plan during the promotion window, for a set period from the payment date (1 day on Premium, 3 days on Max, 7 days on Pro; Plus Annual is not eligible), and credits are deducted once that period ends. Check the upgrade page for the promotion window currently running. For a payment you already made, check whether the benefit applied and when it ends under [Active benefits(받고 있는 혜택)] at the bottom of My Credits(내 크레딧).
The unlimited benefits above apply when you generate in the Carat app or website, with the AI agent or the [Generator(생성기)], and they don’t apply through MCP (Carat connected to Claude or another AI tool). Through MCP, credits are deducted even for unlimited-eligible models. See Unlimited benefits don’t apply through MCP for details.
The Max plan receives the same unlimited benefits as Premium. Launch-time additional discounts (for example, discounts on monthly Premium and Max subscriptions) may change in availability and rate over time, so check the upgrade page for the benefits currently applied.
Benefits vary based on your first subscription date. Rather than working out that date yourself, open My Credits(내 크레딧) and read [Active benefits(받고 있는 혜택)] at the bottom, which lists what your account currently has (in the app: [Profile(프로필)] → menu (☰) → [My Credits(내 크레딧)]).
Benefit maintenance and expiration policy
All promotion benefits are only valid while you maintain your paid subscription without interruption. Therefore, if you cancel your subscription or switch to free user status, the benefit will also end. In other words, you can enjoy the benefit for up to 1 year only if you continue to maintain your subscription during the event period.Cancelling a Premium Annual, Max Annual, or Pro Annual subscription paid on the Carat website on or after September 1, 2026 during its term uses a different refund calculation.
