Unlimited lets you generate content without spending credits on the models, resolutions, and quality tiers included in your plan. To keep the experience reliable for everyone, Carat manages system resources dynamically under the following Fair Use policy.

When Fair Use adjustments apply

  • Dynamic speed adjustment: Generation speed and concurrency may temporarily vary during periods of high system load or peak traffic.
  • System stability: For a small number of accounts with exceptionally high usage, processing limits may adjust dynamically to keep the platform reliable for everyone.
  • Personal use only: Unlimited is built for normal personal use. It doesn’t cover automation tools, credential sharing, or reselling access.
  • Account review: If unusual activity is detected, Unlimited access may be paused temporarily for review and restored once normal use is confirmed.
Typical usage isn’t affected by this policy. Adjustments only apply to a small number of accounts with exceptionally high usage.

How this relates to the concurrent generation limit

Separate from the standard concurrent generation limit by plan (up to 4 for Plus, up to 8 for Premium/Pro), accounts using Unlimited at an exceptionally large scale may see a temporarily lower concurrent generation count. For the standard limits, see What is the concurrent generation limit?.

Common questions

If you’re using the Unlimited benefit at a very high volume, generation speed may be temporarily adjusted under the Fair Use policy. This isn’t a suspension, and speed returns to normal once typical usage is confirmed. Contact support if you have questions.
The Fair Use policy is managed dynamically to keep the platform stable, and we don’t publish exact thresholds to prevent abuse. Typical personal use isn’t affected.
