Important for unlimited video: Agent 2.0 uses a Seedance-family model as its default video model for performance reasons. If your account has the Carat Basic Video unlimited benefit, explicitly request “Use Carat Basic Video (LTX 2.5)” to receive it. Cancelling an annual plan mid-term changes how your refund is calculated once you’ve used unlimited benefits. For Premium Annual, Max Annual, and Pro Annual paid on the Carat website on or after September 1, 2026, unlimited generations count toward the refund settlement. When an account with an unlimited benefit generates images or videos with an unlimited-eligible model in the Carat app or website, generation itself doesn’t use credits (MCP usage is excluded). But chatting with the agent does. The conversation runs on an LLM, separate from the generation models. Nanobanana 2 has a similar name but is a separate model, and by default using it deducts credits. However, annual subscribers who joined after certain dates (Max annual: signups on or after May 22, 2026) get Nanobanana 2 1K included in the unlimited benefit. Since eligibility depends on your signup date, check My Credits(내 크레딧) or contact support to confirm.

Generating images or videos with an unlimited-eligible model is free in itself. What still deducts credits is chatting with the AI agent and using other (non-unlimited) models (Google Veo, Kling, and so on). Within the Seedance family, only 2.0 mini is unlimited, and only on Premium, Max, and Pro accounts that subscribed or upgraded to annual during the promotion window, for a set period from the payment date (1 day on Premium, 3 days on Max, 7 days on Pro); Plus Annual is not eligible. Every other Seedance model, and any use after that period, deducts credits. Conversation uses credits for the reasoning behind each answer, so when you’re low on credits even unlimited generation can be hard to use. In that case, recharge credits or use the Generator(생성기) to keep unlimited generation going.

No. Unlimited benefits apply when you generate in the Carat app or website, with the AI agent or the [Generator(생성기)], and MCP usage sits outside that scope. An unlimited-eligible model still deducts credits when you generate it through MCP, so generate in the Carat app or website to use the benefit. Only members who joined between Nov 21–30, 2025 have unlimited Nanobanana Pro (1K, 2K). Outside that window only Nanobanana (base) is unlimited; Nanobanana Pro deducts credits.

The Pro plan’s video unlimited benefit applies to the ‘Carat Video’ (LTX) model only. Other video models such as Veo3, Kling, and Seedance 2.0 deduct credits (Seedance 2.0 mini is the exception, unlimited for a set period from the payment date (1 day on Premium, 3 days on Max, 7 days on Pro) on accounts that went annual during the promotion window). In Agent 2.0 the default video model is from the Seedance family, so explicitly request “Use Carat Basic Video (LTX 2.5)” to use it unlimited.
