Subscription management is only available on the platform where you originally paid. You can cancel your subscription through the following paths.

How to cancel subscription (by platform)

App Payment

Apple App Store

  1. Open the [Settings(설정)] app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your [Apple ID] at the top of the screen.
  3. Find the Carat subscription in the [Subscriptions(구독)] menu and select [Cancel(취소)].

Google Play Store

  1. Open the [Play Store(구글 플레이스토어)] app.
  2. Tap the [Profile(프로필)] icon in the top right.
  3. Select [Payments & subscriptions(결제 및 정기 결제)] → [Subscriptions(정기 결제)].
  4. Find the Carat subscription and select [Cancel(취소)].

Web Payment

Plus / Pro Plan

  1. Log in to the Carat website.
  2. Select [Account nickname(계정 닉네임)] at the bottom left → [Settings(설정)] menu.
  3. Go to [My Credits(내 크레딧)] page, click [Subscription & Usage(구독•사용 관리)] at the top right, and click [Cancel Subscription(구독 해지)].

Business Plan

  • Business plan cancellation can be requested through your dedicated manager or Business Inquiry.

After cancellation

Even after canceling, you can continue using paid plan benefits until the end of your already-paid subscription period. When your subscription period finally ends, your account will automatically switch to free user status.
Refund InformationCanceling your subscription prevents the next payment and is different from a refund. If you need a refund, please refer to the Billing & Refunds document.
