Subscription management is only available on the platform where you originally paid. You can cancel your subscription through the following paths.

How to cancel subscription (by platform)

  • App Payment
  • Web Payment

Apple App Store

  1. Open the [Settings] app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your [Apple ID] at the top of the screen.
  3. Find the Carat subscription in the [Subscriptions] menu and select [Cancel].

Google Play Store

  1. Open the [Play Store] app.
  2. Tap the [Profile] icon in the top right.
  3. Select [Payments & subscriptions] → [Subscriptions].
  4. Find the Carat subscription and select [Cancel].

After cancellation

Even after canceling, you can continue using paid plan benefits until the end of your already-paid subscription period. When your subscription period finally ends, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan.
Refund InformationCanceling your subscription prevents the next payment and is different from a refund. If you need a refund, please refer to the Billing & Refunds document.
