How usage percentage is calculated
- Actual balance accumulation: When you recharge usage, your existing remaining balance and newly recharged usage are all combined to become your total usage. (e.g., 90% remaining + 100% new recharge = 190% total)
- Baseline reset: Each time you recharge, the combined total usage (190%) is reset as the new 100% baseline on the screen.
- Balance display: The displayed percentage is the current remaining ratio compared to this new total usage. Your usage hasn’t been lost; the ratio has been readjusted based on the total.
Usage order and validity period
- Usage order: Usage with the earliest expiration date is automatically deducted first.
- Validity period: Each recharge is independently valid for 1 month from the recharge date.
How to check remaining usage and validity period
- App: Bottom right [Profile] → Top right menu (☰) → Remaining Quota
- Website: Bottom left [Account nickname] → Settings → Manage Subscription
