Your previously recharged points have not expired. Points you had before and after the June 2025 currency system update have been automatically converted to the current ‘Credits’ system, and are safely preserved with their original value and expiration date (1 year from recharge date).

1. How to check points on the current screen

In the newly redesigned credits screen, points are not displayed as a separate value, but they are included and managed as part of your actual credits balance.

2. Credits deduction order

To ensure your valuable paid balance is consumed within its expiration period, deductions are processed in the following order:
  • Subscription/Top-ups: 1 month from recharge date
  • Points: 1 year from recharge date (same as the original point expiration period)

3. When you need more credits

If you’re low on credits or want to use Carat more, head to the upgrade page and use credit top-up or upgrade to a subscription plan. Top-ups have no limit on the number of times and can be used regardless of your current subscription plan.
