The most likely reason your free credits keep showing 0% is that 24 hours haven’t passed since you used them. Daily free credits are recharged 24 hours after you use them.

  • App: Bottom [Profile] → Top right menu (☰) → [My Credits]
  • Website: Bottom left [Account nickname] → [Settings] → [My Credits]

Additional generation restrictions

If you can’t generate even with remaining credits, check these two situations:
  1. If an error was recorded in a previous chat If you continue requesting in a chat where generation previously failed due to insufficient credits, the AI may remember the error and repeat the same message. Try requesting in a new chat.
  2. If advanced models consume too many credits Advanced models like Google Veo (Veo 3), Sora 2, etc. consume a lot of credits, so even if you have remaining credits, generation will be restricted if it’s less than the minimum required for that feature. In this case, try using the basic video generation model.
