The most likely reason your free usage keeps showing 0% is that 24 hours haven’t passed since you used it. Daily free usage is recharged 24 hours after you use it.

  • App: Bottom right [Profile] → Top right menu (☰) → Remaining Quota
  • Website: Bottom left [Account nickname] → Settings → Manage Subscription

Additional generation restrictions

If you can’t generate even with remaining usage, check these two situations:
  1. If an error was recorded in a previous chat If you continue requesting in a chat where generation previously failed due to insufficient usage, the AI may remember the error and repeat the same message. Try requesting in a new chat.
  2. If advanced models consume too much usage Advanced models like Google Veo (Veo 3), Sora 2, etc. consume a lot of usage, so even if you have remaining usage, generation will be restricted if it’s less than the minimum required for that feature. In this case, try using the basic video generation model.
