The most likely reason your free credits keep showing 0% is that you’ve already used up your daily free credits. Daily free credits expire 24 hours after they were granted. New ones are granted the next time you open the app or website, as long as your total credit balance is under 100 credits. If 24 hours have passed and you’re still at 0%, there may be another cause. How to keep using Carat right away

  1. Upgrade to a paid plan (recommended): Choose a plan on the upgrade page and instantly get more credits and access to advanced models.
  2. Earn random credits: Watch an ad or tap a button to earn random credits instantly. (Validity: 3 days) Random credits count toward your total credit balance, so no daily free credits are granted while that total is 100 credits or more.

Additional generation restrictions

If you can’t generate even with remaining credits, check these two situations:
  1. If an error was recorded in a previous chat If you continue requesting in a chat where generation previously failed due to insufficient credits, the AI may remember the error and repeat the same message. Try requesting in a new chat.
  2. If advanced models consume too many credits Advanced models like Google Veo (Veo 3), etc. consume a lot of credits, so even if you have remaining credits, generation will be restricted if it’s less than the minimum required for that feature. In this case, try using the Carat Video (LTX) model, which deducts fewer credits.
