Different features and models consume different amounts of usage.
Therefore, even if you have remaining usage, generation may be restricted if it’s less than what’s required for the requested feature.
Causes of restrictions
- Complex requests through the AI agent
- Attempting to use high-usage paid features like video editing or advanced models
- Requesting tasks that require more usage than you have remaining
Especially for free users, there are limited usage restrictions, so if you want to use more features, please consider a subscription plan.
Chatting with the agent uses credits, because it reasons through your request before it answers. So if your credits run low, even generation with unlimited models can be hard to use. Recharge your credits or upgrade your plan to keep going. (If your account has an unlimited benefit and you only need to keep generating with unlimited-eligible models, use the Generator(생성기). It doesn’t use conversation credits. Without an unlimited benefit, the Generator needs credits too.)
Check credits per model
You can check the credits deducted per generation for each model before requesting it.
- App: [Home(홈)] → Tap the [Sparkle icon(반짝이 아이콘)] (✨) at the bottom-left of the chat → Select a model → View the per-generation credits on the detail screen.

The credits shown are based on the default options. Setting a higher count, resolution, or length than the default will deduct more credits.
