Your previously recharged points have not expired. When the service was updated to the latest version, your existing points were automatically converted to the usage system and can be used at their original value until their expiration date.

How to check your current usage

Your converted points are displayed as part of your daily or monthly total usage.
  • For Free plan users: Your daily free usage and converted points are combined and displayed. (e.g., shown as “Free plan, daily free usage 100%”)
  • For paid plan users (Plus, Pro): Your converted points are combined with your monthly usage from your subscription.

Usage deduction order

Usage is automatically deducted in the following order, so you can use it with peace of mind:
  1. Daily free usage
  2. Converted points (in order of earliest expiration)
  3. Monthly subscription usage

How to check remaining balance

  • App: Bottom right [Profile] → Top right menu (☰) → Remaining Quota
  • Website: Bottom left [Account nickname] → Settings → Manage Subscription
