The ‘Usage limit exceeded’ message is not a system error. It’s a normal notice that appears when you don’t have enough credits for a feature that isn’t covered by the unlimited benefit.

Why does this message appear?

The unlimited benefit applies only to specific models (e.g., Nano Banana base, Carat Video). Features outside the unlimited benefit consume credits, and when your remaining credits are less than what a feature requires, this notice appears. Background music, sound effects, and advanced video models in particular require a large amount of credits at once, so you may run into this message even while using an unlimited model.

How to resolve it

  1. Top up additional credits: Top up on the upgrade page. (Validity: 1 month from recharge date)
  2. Upgrade to a higher plan: Upgrade to a higher plan with more monthly credits.
  3. Use a lower-cost model: Try the Carat Video (LTX) model, or reduce the video length or resolution and try again.

How to check your remaining credits

  • App: Bottom [Profile(프로필)] → Top right [Menu(메뉴)] (☰) → [My Credits(내 크레딧)]
  • Website: Bottom left [Account nickname(계정 닉네임)] → [Settings(설정)] → [My Credits(내 크레딧)]
