To keep using Carat right away, head to the upgrade page and use credit top-up or upgrade to a subscription plan. Top-ups have no limit on the number of times and let you add credits whenever you need them, while subscription plans offer large monthly credits and access to advanced features.
Common reasons daily free credits aren’t recharged
Daily free credits expire 24 hours after they were granted. New ones are granted the next time you open the app or website, as long as your total credit balance is under 100 credits. There’s no button to claim them. They won’t be granted in these cases:
- Fewer than 24 hours have passed since your last grant: The grant time differs from user to user. Check your next recharge time in [My Credits(내 크레딧)].
- Your total credit balance is 100 credits or more: Subscription credits, top-up credits, lucky credits, and random credits all count toward that total. Once you spend down below 100 credits, the grant resumes the next time you open the app or website, provided 24 hours have passed since your last grant.
- A refund or payment cancellation is being processed: Daily free credit grants pause until the processing is complete.
If none of the reasons above apply and you’re still not getting credits, send us a screenshot of your [My Credits(내 크레딧)] screen and we’ll check your account individually.
How to check your next recharge time
- App: Bottom [Profile(프로필)] → Top right [Menu(메뉴)] (☰) → [My Credits(내 크레딧)]
- Website: Bottom left [Account nickname(계정 닉네임)](on mobile web, open the top-left [Menu(메뉴)] (☰) first) → [Settings(설정)] → [My Credits(내 크레딧)]
When daily credits run out, free users can also watch an ad or tap a button to earn random credits instantly. Earned random credits can be viewed in [My Credits(내 크레딧)] and are valid for 3 days. Random credits count toward the total in reason 2 above, so if they push your total to 100 credits or more, no daily free credits are granted until you spend them down.
