How to select a model

There are two main ways to select a specific model in Carat AI.

Method 1: Request directly with text

In the chat, include the model name you want to use along with what you want to create. 
Create a video of 'a flying dog' using the Sora 2 model.
Also, when you type a model name in the chat, a button to select that model will automatically appear. When you select a model, its default settings are applied, and you can directly choose detailed options (e.g., version, resolution, quantity).

Method 2: Select via the sparkle icon

Click the [sparkle icon] at the bottom of the chat, then select [Generative Models] to directly choose a model and its detailed options.

Each model has different performance and capabilities, so credits deducted vary by model.

Check credits per model

You can check the credits deducted per generation for each model before requesting it.
  • App: [Home(홈)] → Tap the [Sparkle icon(반짝이 아이콘)] (✨) at the bottom-left of the chat → Select a model → View the per-generation credits on the detail screen.
  • Web: Click the [Sparkle icon(반짝이 아이콘)] (✨) at the bottom-left of the chat → Select a model → View the per-generation credits on the detail screen.
The credits shown are based on the default options. Setting a higher count, resolution, or video length than the default will deduct more credits.
