1. Photo access permission settings (main solution)
Follow the steps below for your device to change Carat app’s access permission to ‘Allow all photos’.iOS devices (iPhone/iPad)
- Open the [Settings] app.
- Scroll down and select [Carat] app.
- Select the [Photos] menu and allow [All Photos].
Android devices (Galaxy, etc.)
- Open the [Settings] app.
- Select [Applications] or [Apps] menu.
- Select [Carat] from the list.
- Go to [Permissions] and set [Storage] or [Files and media] to ‘Allow’.
2. What to do if the problem persists
If the problem persists after setting the above permissions, an error may have occurred during installation.- Completely delete the app.
- Allow all permissions requested during reinstallation.
- If the issue is not resolved, please contact customer support.
