1. Refund and usage recovery policy (not available in principle)

When AI image/video generation is completed normally, usage refunds or recovery are not available in principle, even if the output differs from expectations or is unsatisfactory.
Policy reason: Generative AI content is considered to have provided its utility as soon as the output is generated. This policy follows Article 26 (Restrictions on Withdrawal) of the Terms of Service and Article 17 of the Electronic Commerce Act.

2. Specific usage tips

Current AI is more like a ‘capable AI partner’ that needs specific instructions. To get the results you expect, become the ‘director’ and try these tips.
  1. Role-based approach: Assign a role to AI like “You are now a webtoon artist.”
  2. Specific and detailed requests: The more details you specify like “Korean woman in her 20s, long black hair, spring park, natural lighting”, the closer you get to desired results.
  3. Step-by-step approach: Break complex tasks into simple requests and proceed step by step.
  4. Ask AI directly: Request help from AI directly like “Tell me how to make (‘desired content’) well” to refine your prompts.

3. Try again

To try again, head to the upgrade page and use credit top-up or upgrade to a subscription plan. Top-ups have no limit on the number of times and let you add credits whenever you need them, while subscription plans offer large monthly credits and access to advanced features.
