When you get unwanted results

We kindly ask for your understanding that refunds are not available for unwanted results that are not technical failures. Carat’s AI image and video generation results may vary depending on your request content and the model used.
When output is generated using AI generation features, it is considered that the utility of digital content has been provided according to 『Terms of Service Article 26 (Restrictions on Withdrawal)』, making individual refunds and compensation difficult.

Retry opportunities

However, if you’re on the Free plan, daily free usage recharges the next day. For paid plans, when monthly usage is exhausted, daily free usage resets starting from the next day.
