If AI image/video generation failed, it may be a temporary issue, so please try again. If a generation is processed as a system failure, any deducted credits are automatically refunded, so you can rest assured.

Credits were deducted but I don’t see the result

The result may not appear right away in the chat screen, which can make it feel like it failed. If your credits were deducted normally and there’s no record of a failure or automatic refund, the generation most likely completed without issue. In that case, first check your [Library(라이브러리)] to see whether the result was generated.

In particular, [Agent 1.0(에이전트 1.0)] and [Agent 2.0(에이전트 2.0)] keep separate chat histories and libraries, so you may be viewing a different version than the one you worked in. Please check the library in both versions. You can also jump straight to the chat where a result was created from the top of the library. If the result isn’t in your Library and the credit refund also appears to be missing, please contact support and we’ll look into it.

When you get unwanted results

We kindly ask for your understanding that refunds are not available for unwanted results that are not technical failures. Carat’s AI image and video generation results may vary depending on your request content and the model used.
When output is generated using AI generation features, it is considered that the utility of digital content has been provided according to 『Terms of Service Article 26 (Restrictions on Withdrawal)』, making individual refunds and compensation difficult.

To try again, head to the upgrade page and use credit top-up or upgrade to a subscription plan. Top-ups have no limit on the number of times and let you add credits whenever you need them, while subscription plans offer large monthly credits and access to advanced features.
