When the penalty fee (10%) applies
The penalty fee (10% of total payment amount) applies in the following two cases:- Unused after 7 days: If you haven’t used any usage on a product purchased through the website after 7 days, you will be refunded the total payment amount minus the 10% penalty fee.
- Mid-term cancellation of annual subscription: The monthly regular price for the period used plus 10% of the total payment amount as a penalty fee will be deducted.
How to request a refund

- Tap [Profile] at the bottom right of the app.
- Tap the [Menu (☰)] icon at the top right.
- Go to [Remaining Usage].
- Find and tap the [Request Refund] button on this page.
- Select the payment you want to refund and complete the process.
