Applies to: The penalty fee and partial-refund conditions below are for website payments. App store (Apple App Store / Google Play) payments follow each store’s refund policy and review outcome, and the website-based 10% penalty fee and annual partial-refund formula do not apply as-is.
When the penalty fee (10%) applies
The penalty fee (10% of total payment amount) applies in the following two cases:- Unused after 7 days: If you haven’t used any usage on a product purchased through the website after 7 days, you will be refunded the total payment amount minus the 10% penalty fee.
- Mid-term cancellation of annual subscription: The monthly regular price for the period used plus 10% of the total payment amount as a penalty fee will be deducted.
How to request a refund
App
- Tap [Profile(프로필)] at the bottom right of the app.
- Tap the [Menu(메뉴)] (☰) icon at the top right.
- Go to [My Credits(내 크레딧)].
- Tap [More(…)] at the top right.
- Select [Payment History(결제 내역)].
- Tap the [Refunds(환불 신청)] button.
- Select the payment you want to refund and complete the process.
Website
- Click your [Account nickname(계정 닉네임)] (on mobile web, open the top-left [Menu(메뉴)] (☰) first) at the bottom left of the website.
- Select [Settings(설정)].
- Go to [My Credits(내 크레딧)].
- Select [Subscription & Usage(구독•사용 관리)].
- Click the [Refunds(환불 신청)] button.
- Select the payment you want to refund and complete the process.
