This occurs when you request a full refund through the App Store or other platforms after already consuming the recharged usage. Normal service access is restricted when your usage balance becomes 0 or below (negative) in the system.Solution
Please repurchase the same product that you refunded. Once the payment is complete, the negative balance will be cleared and you can immediately resume normal use.Usage recharge information
When you repurchase, the full quantity of the product is not recharged. Instead, only the remaining portion after deducting the amount you already used will be recharged.- Example: If you used 30% of the Plus plan before refunding → Upon repurchase, 70% will be recharged (excluding the 30% already used)
